travel refund for London trip!
As I said earlier, SAME has kindly agreed to pay for our exhibition trip. We will meet in London on Saturday February 10 around 11.30 pm, but more concrete details about time and place will follow later.
Could anyone who might not be able to join us let me know by the end of tomorrow, otherwise I will go ahead and book tickets for the Gursky show for all 16 of you.
Your can claim back your travel expenses by following the procedure explained below
‘We agreed to pay up to a maximum of a day return on the bus, which is £18.
The students will need to provide a hard copy of the attached expense claim, signed, with their bank details etc and the bus ticket (or train ticket if they are happy to pay the extra themselves!).’
