London visit – the latest news!

I wanted to let you know that I have now booked tickets for both exhibitions:

As I explained SAME will only refund one of the exhibitions and I would therefore like you to ask for a contribution of £10.00.
I have booked a slot at the V&A exhibition for 11.45 am so I suggest that we meet at the main entrance to the museum by 11.30 at the latest – perhaps it will be a good idea to aim to arrive by 11.15 to make sure you arrive in time taking into account potential tube delays in London. In previous years students have arranged to travel in group from Oxford (there always is a train and a bus group) so that might be a good idea? Please remind me in next week’s class to give you all my mobile phone number so you can reach me if necessary.
After the fist exhibition we will have a quick lunch at the V&A and then head to the Hayward Gallery for the next show which starts at 3 pm.
Once we have seen the photography exhibition it will be time for discussion and relaxation over some drinks, and if enough people are interested we could also go for an early dinner somewhere.
I am really looking forward to our trip; it is one of the highlight of the academic year for me!
