Massimo Bottura: ‘Cooking is a Call to Act’
This is a talk presented by renowned Italian Chef Massimo Bottura, at the MAD SYD event in Sydney, Australia in 2016. What is interesting about his work and current career is that he uses his elite culinary platform and traditional culinary knowledge and skills towards social activism and charity.

That film about the soup kitchen sounds really fascinating. Have you seen it? I might try to find a copy somewhere and perhaps I could still include it in the film programme
