Presentations
This is my last post for today but I wanted to congratulate all the students in group 1 and 2 for the effort that you have clearly put into the presentation.
The morning session was particularly impressive – not only because of its unusual performative aspects (I will definitely remember the heart surgery done with a iphone power cord for a while!) but also because you all managed to communicate complex ideas WITHOUT READING from a script. The fact that you all met before and produced a general narrative (with links made between the readings) was also excellent. Finally, overall you managed to keep text to a minimum on your powerpoint (although this might be a small area of potential improvement). Still, your performance is without a doubt included in my top 2 of OiM presentations ever (since 2012). THANK YOU!
